Due to negligence in the edition process, the Government Office hereby corrects an error in the Government�s Decree No. 26/2001/ND-CP of June 4, 2001 amending and supplementing a number articles of the Government�s Decree No. 30/1998/ND-CP of May 13, 1998 which details the implementation of the Law on Enterprise Income Tax, as follows:

The phrase in Clause 5 of Article 1 at page 3, line 3 counting from the bottom: "(including the refunded income tax amount and the amount of income tax gained due to capital transfer)"

Now shall be read as: "(including the refunded income tax amount and the income amount gained from capital transfer)".
