To transform Seagull Shipping Company, a State enterprise, into Seagull Shipping Joint Stock Company (SESCO)

- Head office: 15 Cu Chinh Lan, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city.

- Charter capital: 15,000,000,000 VND, of which the State�s stocks represent 30% while the remaining 70% shall be sold to shareholders inside and outside the enterprise.

- Business lines:

+ Domestic and overseas sea shipping

+ Agency services for seagoing ships, multi-mode goods delivery and transportation

+ Maritime brokerage

+ Seagoing ship supply
