CIRCULAR No.72/1998/TT-BTC of May 25, 1998 guiding the contents of revenues and expenditures of the War Veterans' Association's organizations in administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises

The Vietnam War Veterans' Association's branches in the administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises shall have to open books to monitor their revenues and expenditures, apply the regime of financial transparency and report on the settlement of operating funds to their managing agencies or units in accordance with the Association's Charter and current regulations.

The revenue sources and the contents of expenses for operation of the Association's branch organizations are specified in this Circular.- (Summary)
