JOINT CIRCULAR No. 2/1998/TTLT-BYT-BTCCBCP of June 27, 1998 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 1/1998/ND-CP of January 3, 1998 of the Government on the system of local health organizations

This Circular guides the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the provincial/municipal health services, the health centers of districts, urban districts, provincial capitals and provincial towns, and health stations of communes, wards and district townships.-
