This regulation shall apply to the purchase and sale of national reserve food under Decision 137/1998/QD-TTg of July 31, 1998 of the Prime Minister

The national reserve food for export shall be subject to separate regulations.

The Reserves Sub-Departments shall organize bids for the purchase and sale of the fixed national reserve food amounts under Decisions of the Director of the National Reserves Department for cases mentioned in Point 6.2 of Circular No.02/1999/TT-CDTQG of January 12, 1999 of the National Reserves Department.

The National Reserves Department shall organize bids for the purchase and sale of national reserve food for cases where the purchased or sold food amounts relate to different Reserves Sub-Departments and as decided by the Director of the National Reserves Department.- (Summary)
