DIRECTIVE No.33/1999/CT-TTg of December 27, 1999 on enhancing the State management responsibility in the work of ensuring traffic order and safety

In furtherance of the Government�s Resolution No.10/1999/NQ-CP of August 27, 1999 on a number of urgent issues on traffic order and safety, in order to better ensure the traffic order and safety in 2000, the year of many major national anniversaries, the Prime Minister instructs the Ministers of Communication and Transport; Public Security; Education and Training; Finance; and Health; the presidents of the People�s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities, the mass media agencies at the central and local levels; and the National Committee for Traffic Safety to organize the carrying out of tasks within the scope of their functions and powers to ensure traffic order and safety.- (Summary)
