The Minister of Justice issued this Directive to urge the performance of 9 pivotal tasks, including: Raising the quality and ensuring the progress of the compilation, evaluation and examination of legal documents; concentrating on the implementation of Directive No. 32-CT/TW of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat on the law dissemination and education work; expeditiously implementing the amended Ordinance on execution of civil judgments, thus creating a substantial change in the work of civil judgment execution; raising the effectiveness of State management over judicial support and judicial-administrative agencies and organizations; building a strong and clean judicial branch; stepping up the work of training and fostering the contingent of judicial cadres qualified for the branch's requirements and tasks and the society's demands; raising the effectiveness of the examination and inspection; preparing for 60th anniversary of the judicial branch's traditional day and the ASEAN justice ministers' conference and the conference of the ASEAN high-level judicial officials to be held in Vietnam in 2005; and reforming the work of direction and administration.- (Summary)
