To establish Binh Phuoc Industrial Park Management Board under the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc province in order to manage industrial parks in Binh Phuoc province.

Binh Phuoc Industrial Park Management Board shall have to perform the tasks and powers regarding the management of industrial parks prescribed in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks, issued together with the Government’s Decree No. 36/CP of April 24, 1997.- (Summary)
