DECISION No. 03/2005/QD-TTg of January 5, 2005 establishing Bonue border economic zone, Binh Phuoc province, and policies applicable thereto

Under this Decision, which takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, Bonue border economic zone covers Loc Thai, Loc Tan and Loc Hoa communes and Loc Ninh township, Loc Ninh district, Binh Phuoc province.

Bonue border economic zone shall enjoy the policies applicable to border economic zones prescribed in the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 53/2001/QD-TTg of April 19, 2001.- (Summary)
