Decision No. 133/1999/QD-TTg of May 31, 1999 on the establishment of a group for study of mechanism and policies for development of small and medium enterprises

The group is tasked to conduct additional survey of the real situation of small and medium enterprises in different areas; as well as activities of State agencies, mass organizations and foreign organizations in support of small and medium enterprises, thereby proposing the Prime Minister to work out mechanism and policies compatible with the socio-economic development orientations in the new period. The above-said contents must be reported to the Prime Minister in the fourth quarter of 1999.

The study group is placed under the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Ngo Xuan Loc and headed by Mr. Vu Huy Hoang, Vice Minister of Planning and Investment.

The study group shall automatically dissolve after fulfilling its assigned tasks.- (Summary)
