Guiding the ranking of, and the application of the leading position-based allowance regime to, non-business and public-service culture and information organizations

This Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replace Circular No. 34/TC-CV of April 29, 1994, Circular No. 58/TC-VHTT of July 18, 1994, and Circular No. 67/TC-TT of October 12, 1995.

The leading position-based allowance regime specified in this Circular applies as from October 1, 2004.- (Summary)
