DIRECTIVE NoDIRECTIVE No. 22/2002/CT-BGTVT of November 29, 2002 instructing officials and employees of the communications and transport service to set fine examples in the implementation of the Government’s Resolution No. 13/2002/NQ-CP of November 19, 2002
The Minister of Communications and Transport direct the departments, institutes and institutions, Vietnam Railway Union, the provincial/municipal Communications and Transport Services, the corporations, companies, factories and units of the whole service to set fine examples in applying measures stated in the Government’s Resolution No. 13/2002/NQ-CP on a number of solutions to check the increase of, and proceed to reduce, traffic accidents and congestion.- (Summary)
