JOINT CIRCULAR No. 66/2004/TTLT/BTC-VPCP of July 5, 2004 guiding the spending regime for organization of the 5th Asian-European Meeting (ASEM 5) in Vietnam
This Joint Circular applies to agencies, organizations and units, which are assigned to estimate fundings for organization and service of ASEM 5.
Fundings for organization of ASEM 5 include the State budget allocations and other sources mobilized from domestic and foreign economic and social organizations.
The ministries, branches and localities may use the allocated funding only for the performance of jobs related to activities in service of ASEM 5.
The use and management of fundings and assets in service of ASEM 5 shall comply with the provisions of the State Budget Law and the State's current documents guiding the management of finance and assets as well as this Circular.
This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
