The Minister of Construction requests provincial/municipal People’s Committees and Construction Services, district- and commune-level People’s Committees, investors, contractors, construction inspection agencies and concerned agencies to perform several tasks in order to step up the grant of construction permits and enhance the management of construction order in accordance with law.- (Summary)
