The Radio Frequency Department functions to perform the specialized state management of radio frequencies, satellite orbits as well as radio and television broadcasting nationwide.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 41/2003/QD-BBCVT of March 17, 2003.- (Summary)
