Promulgating the Ordinance Amending a Number of Articles of the Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations

The State President promulgates Ordinance No. 31/2007/PL-UBTVQH11, amending a number of articles of the 2002 Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations regarding administrative probation.

From the effective date of this Ordinance, the application of administrative probation shall terminate. When this measure is considered for application, such consideration shall terminate; when a decision on the application of this measure is issued but has not yet been executed, it shall be annulled; when such a decision is being executed, the execution shall terminate.- (Summary)
