Guiding the implementation of voluntary health insurance

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Joint Circular No. 22/2005/TTLT-BYT-BTC of August 24, 2005.

Holders of voluntary health insurance cards, which were issued before the effective date of this Circular and are still valid, are entitled to the health insurance benefits specified in Joint Circular No. 22/2005/TTLT-BYT-BTC until the expiration of the validity duration indicated in those cards.- (Summary)
