JOINT CIRCULAR

Guiding supports for the creation of literary and artistic works at central and local Literature and Arts Associations in the 2006-2010 period

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and applies as from the 2007 fiscal year.

Particularly for 2006, central Literature and Arts Associations shall abide by Joint Circular No. 52/2003/TTLT-BVHTT-BTC of August 29, 2003, while local Literature and Arts Association shall abide by Joint Circular No. 74/2004/TTLT-BTC-BVHTT of July 19, 2004.- (Summary)
