CIRCULAR No.09-BYT/TT of July 15, 1997 guiding the establishment, management and use of the reward funds and support funds set up from the deductions of part of the hospital fees.

The reward fund shall be set up at the medical stations to honor the officials and employees who have promoted their high sense of responsibility, well fulfilled their professional tasks and devotedly served the patients.

The support funds shall be set up in the ministries, branches and provincial/municipal Medical Services to support medical stations that cannot collect part of the hospital fee and to reward units, collectives and individuals with meritorious achievements in the care and protection of the people�s health.

The reward and support funds shall be set up from the deductions of part of the collected hospital fees.- (Summary)
