In order to ensure that the funding source allocated annually by the central budget in service of the demarcation of the Vietnam-China land border is used for the right purposes and in an efficient manner, the Finance Ministry issued this Circular to guide the management, use as well as settlement and final settlement of the funding source.- (Summary)
